About Me
My yoga journey began with hot yoga, squeezed in around the demands of a busy corporate job. What started as a way to manage stress and stay active soon became a grounding practice—bringing clarity, calm, and strength into my life. Over time, my curiosity deepened, along with a desire to make yoga more welcoming and accessible to all abilities. This led me to complete my yoga teacher training at yogahaven in London.
In my classes, I focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and offering inclusive modifications. I aim to create a supportive, relaxed environment with space to explore, play, and connect inwardly. To help cultivate a sense of calm, I often incorporate essential oils to enhance relaxation and deepen the overall experience.

REFORMER PILATES
This Summer, I completed my Reformer Pilates qualification, which has added a whole new dimension to how I teach and move. Exploring the connection between yoga and Reformer has been such a joyful process—both practices support each other beautifully, blending strength, control, mobility, and mindfulness. It’s also given me a fresh outlet for creativity and sequencing.
